Refund policy

As all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with our print partner to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as return instructions vary depending on the product and printing partner.

 

Damages and issues 
Because our products are printed especially for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, colour choice, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
As each item is produced to order, we do not offer exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. As a result, certain items may be exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under applicable consumer protection laws.

If you have any questions about your cancellation rights before placing an order, please contact us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will of course work with you and our print partner to resolve the issue.


Refunds 
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
